It is my belief that muffins are best eaten at all times of the day. As a meal or a snack, nothing hits the spot like a perfectly baked muffin.

Hi there! I’m Danae.

With little to find in stores, I began to dabble in the world of gluten free baking on my own. That led me to work at Bunner’s bakery, one of Toronto’s best gluten free and vegan bakeries.
Baking fell off of my radar for some time until the global pandemic hit and changed everything. Once again I found myself, with my sleeves rolled up, elbow deep in sweet and tart smelling dough.

Hi thereI source, to the best of my abilities, from local Canadian suppliers, local Manitoban farmers and organic goods.

I am really proud of the recipes I have come up with so far and look forward to bringing as much gluten free perfection as I can to your table.
